Pidlo owns a strawberry farm right at the back of the Saint Mary's Church. He gave me a quick tour one time to show his beautiful creation. Pidlo also runs a popular food place in Poblacion called the Strawberry Eatery. They serve really good baked chicken with fresh vegetables and brown rice on the side.
