Mushroom hunting is fun especially when a very good friend like Mang Joseph helps you. I took this picture mid-March of 2008 when it was not mushroom season yet. We were so lucky we still found some. My friend said they usually sprout during the early rains around April and May. We cooked mushroom soup for lunch that day. Sumptuous!
